Auto apply, then message the hiring manager
An application alone is easy to miss. After PresencePilot auto applies to a LinkedIn job, it finds the hiring manager or someone on the hiring team and sends a short note on the role and why you fit. If they reply, follow-ups stop and the reply comes to you.

Why message the hiring manager
Recruiters and hiring managers see hundreds of applications. A short, specific note from someone who just applied is easier to notice than the application alone.
What it sends
- A connection request with a short note: the role you applied for, and your own one-line pitch.
- If they accept: a short message with context on your application and an offer of a quick chat.
- Later, one polite follow-up. If it is not a fit, it says so is fine.
When it stops
The moment someone replies, at any step, the sequence stops and the reply shows up in your inbox. Replies get a suggested answer that waits for your approval.
Limits
Connection requests: up to 20 a day and 80 a week, counted together with the ones you send yourself. Messages: up to 40 a day and 150 a week. A new account starts lower for two weeks.
Referrals too
It can also find people at the company who could refer you, and reach out to them the same careful way.
Questions
Will it get me a job?
Nobody can promise that, and we do not. It sends more applications and reaches more hiring people than most people manage by hand. Your resume, your experience and the market decide the rest.
Will it apply without asking me?
If you choose Automatic, yes: jobs that fit get an application under your name, within daily limits. Choose Ask me first and each job waits for your approval. You can change this any time in Settings.
Will people know it is AI?
The goal is that it reads like you, because it is built from your posts and your facts. You remain responsible for what goes out under your name, so review its work, or switch it to ask you first.
