Auto find HR, hiring managers and referrals on LinkedIn, and reach out
For every job it applies to, PresencePilot automatically finds up to 3 people on the hiring team (the hiring manager, HR or a recruiter) and up to 2 people at the company who could refer you, then reaches out to each of them on LinkedIn. When they reply, it drafts your answer for you to approve.

Why reach people, not just apply
An application can sit unread among hundreds. A short note to the person hiring, or a referral from someone inside the company, is what gets an application looked at.
Who it finds for each application
- Up to 3 people on the hiring team: the hiring manager, HR or a recruiter for that role.
- Up to 2 people in the same line of work at that company who could refer you. It asks for a referral and never claims to know them.
What it sends
- A connection request with a short note: the role you applied for and your own one-line pitch.
- If they accept: a short message with context on your application and an offer of a quick chat.
- Later, one polite follow-up. Everything stops the moment they reply.
It replies too
When someone answers, the reply lands in your inbox with a draft answer written in your voice. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Your own outreach campaigns
Want to reach specific people or companies? Paste their LinkedIn profiles or a CSV, write one sentence about who you want to reach and why, and it ranks each person by fit and runs the same careful sequence.
Limits that protect your account
Connection requests: up to 20 a day and 80 a week, counted together with the ones you send yourself. Messages: up to 40 a day and 150 a week. Working hours only, Sunday off, and a two-week warm-up for new accounts.
Questions
Will it get me a job?
Nobody can promise that, and we do not. It sends more applications and reaches more hiring people than most people manage by hand. Your resume, your experience and the market decide the rest.
Will it apply without asking me?
If you choose Automatic, yes: jobs that fit get an application under your name, within daily limits. Choose Ask me first and each job waits for your approval. You can change this any time in Settings.
Will people know it is AI?
The goal is that it reads like you, because it is built from your posts and your facts. You remain responsible for what goes out under your name, so review its work, or switch it to ask you first.
Can my LinkedIn account get restricted?
It is possible with any automation tool, because LinkedIn's terms do not allow most automation. We reduce the likelihood with daily limits, a gradual start for new accounts, and an automatic stop if LinkedIn logs you out. You can also switch any feature to ask you first.
