Draft, 31 October 2026. To be reviewed before paid launch.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, WhatsApp number, and optionally your LinkedIn link and goal. From an account: your email, phone, a scrambled form of your password, the writing samples and facts you give us, and your LinkedIn connection details.

Why we use it

To reply to you, run the features you turn on, and show you a record of every action taken on your account. We do not sell your data.

LinkedIn access

Posting uses LinkedIn's own sign-in. Comments and outreach ask you to log in to LinkedIn in a private browser we host. What you type passes through our servers on the way. We do not record or store your password, and we keep the login cookies encrypted. Connect only if you are comfortable with that. Your LinkedIn session and sign-in token are stored encrypted and used only for the features you switch on. Support staff may open your account to help you; such access is time-limited and recorded.

Cookies and ads

Our public pages use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure ads and see how the pages are used, including anonymised recordings of page visits. They do not run inside your logged-in account.

Logs and product improvement

We keep logs and data from using the product, such as actions and their results, drafts and your edits, errors, timings and usage, to run the service, fix problems and improve the product. We do not keep your LinkedIn password in them, and we do not sell this data.

Who else handles it

AI providers receive the text needed to write drafts. Our WhatsApp inbox software runs on our own server.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop messaging you or to correct your data by replying on WhatsApp. On your Profile page you can disconnect LinkedIn, which deletes the LinkedIn access we hold and switches every automation off, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.
